MTIP (Making the Impossible Possible) WorldWide, is a transformational personal development organization founded by Christopher Bass and Al Pitman. MTIP WorldWide was founded on the aspirations of both Christopher and Al to do something meaning for under and latent achievers who strive each day to achieve their fullest potential, but who may lack the know-how, resources or connections to realize their dreams and passions. The name MTIP is based on the fabulously inspirational book entitled, Making the Impossible Possible by Bill Strickland. He is a man who has dedicated his life to transforming the lives of thousands of people in Manchester, PA and around the world, through his own non-profit work.
Our mission is to provide compelling and empowering resources to dormant and under-achievers that inspire and motivate them to aspire and achieve the impossible. We believe that far to many of us would-be achievers allow for society, circumstances, situations, people, emotions, thoughts, etc.. to put restrictions on our notion of what is or is not impossible. We believe that far too many of us, allow for our sphere of impossibility to be so much larger than our sphere of possibilities. We believe that far to many of us allow for our aspirations to be handcuffed and at times extinguished by those who do not have our best interested at heart. Thus, limiting not just who we are, but also what we ultimately can be, do or have.
Our vision is to be that preeminent organization that is wholly dedicated to transforming lives via a comprehensive personal development program. We understand that changes have to happen on three levels. First, there has to be a change in perspective. Second, there has to be a change in our emotional or effective responses. Third, there has to be a change at the behavioral level. It is this third level that allows for us to truly say that transformative changes have indeed occurred.
Founders:
Al Pitman is truly a self-made man. That is, his success in business is a direct result of commitment, hard work and perseverance. Growing up in the city of Los Angeles, Al learned some pretty hard lessons. Lessons what he would later use to his advantage. Today, Al is a faithful husband and proud father of 3 beautiful kids, a well as someone involved in the community. Al is the successful owner of Small Time Hauling for 23 years (http://www.smalltimehauling.com) as well as Small Steps to Sober Living (http://www.smallstepssoberliving.com/) a business dedicated to providing a safe, transitional, alcohol and drug free living facility to individuals who are recovering from an addiction of the heart.

Christopher Bass is a dedicated student of personal achievement and success. Like Al, Christopher grew up in the inner city. Being the middle child to a single mother of 5 kids, he found trouble and trouble found him many times. Fortunately, he would later go on to be the first in his family to not just achieve a Bachelor’s degree but an MBA as well.
Despite these high educational achievement, and despite the fact that he has had the great fortune to occupy some financially rewarding professional positions, he could never seem to achieve the same high level of professional achievement, in many instances it seems as though he was moving down the ladder of success instead of upward.
This realization prompted him to take personal inventory and to begin a journey of finding and discovering the keys and secrets to sustainable personal achievement and success. What he has discovered along the way has been both alarming and insightful. And while the journey is still underway, he feels compelled to share his understanding and insights with those whom would listen.
